Candidates for cooking positions will be requested to partake in a working interview to demonstate experience of skill level.
Two or more years working experience and or culinary degree or apprenticeship. Applicants should posse attention to detail, constancy, understanding of traditional cooking methods and classical techniques, knowledge of various raw ingredients. Full and part time evening shifts starting at 2pm.
Daytime prep and some late afternoon swing shifts. Perfect part time position for the seasoned cook or someone with basic knife and kitchen skills who wants to learn and gain experience while have nights off.
Our valets are responsible for a high level of customer care; greeting of guests as they arrive on property, handling of luggage, direction of parking and delivery of guests to and from Inn & restaurant. The valet will execute daily tasks of operations such as running errands on property, minor grounds upkeep, stacking wood and tending to fireplaces, light housekeeping duties and assisting staff inside restaurant at the end of evening. Valets are required to learn about the property and its amenities, be able answer any questions the guests may have regarding this and our other sister properties. This important position offers training, a good wage and the opportunity for long term growth with in our company for the right persons. Candidate requirements: hold a valid drivers licensee and be able to operate a standard 5 speed vehicle, present a professional appearance, be a team player who can also work independently with a can do attitude, must be quick learner and have hands on accountability. Position dictates someone who likes being outdoors, enjoys working with people and has appreciation for the "guest experience" Full and part time positions are open, availability to work the entire season is preferred, most shifts are 3pm to 11pm.
Enthusiastic experienced full and part time bartenders for evening shifts. Candidates must have basic knowledge of various spirits, beer, wine and the classic cocktails, servicing food and beverage, posse confidence under pressure, and be comfortable with a cocktail tray. Shifts start at 3pm, 4pm & 4:30pm.
Amazing servers are always desired. Ambassadors of our brand must have excellent customer service and communication skills. A genuine knowledge and interest of hospitality, fine food, wine and two years on the floor experience is required. Availability to work the full season is preferred
Responsibilities include assisting captains and kitchen with the proper delivery and removal of food and beverages to and from guests during nightly service. Applicants must be a quick study, enjoy interacting with the public, be able to multi task, work as part of the team and have a desire to learn about food and beverage service. Will train candidates 16 years or older for full and part positions, most shifts start at 4:30 pm. Excellent waiter training position.
Reliable, well presented, individuals who can multi task and excel in fast paced environment. Will train candidates for part time positions open June through September and possibly longer.
Full and part-time nighttime shifts from 4 p.m. to close. Hard working, dedicated persons must be able to lift 50 pounds and enjoy keeping things clean and staying busy, food prep experience helpful but not required.
