It is that time of the year again when we close for the winter.
The Edge will reopen in the spring on Mother's Day weekend. Don't worry, we'll remind you when it happens, especially if you sign up for our mailing list below.
In the meantime, Bryan and Natasha are not sitting around. They are hard at work preparing the restaurant's gardens for next season, coming up with new menu ideas and enjoying a little time off!
The Edge is located just North of Camden along the shores of Penobscot Bay. Opened in 2005, the Edge offers daily changing menus, and an experience not to be missed. With true ocean views from each of dining and cocktail areas, you will enjoy casual and dinner menus that are based on the best local ingredients that we are able to get. We work as much as we can with local fishermen, farmers, and foragers who provide us with their products each day allowing us to bring the freshest local ingredients to your table.
Our New Casual menu this year is perfect to enjoy on nights when you would rather just get out of the house or meet friends out for a casual no-fuss meal.
