the art of preparing a 4 course Contemporary American inspired meal
featuring dishes that celebrate the freshness of spring from Bryan Dame
the executive chef at the Edge Restaurant in Lincolnville, Maine. Then,
dine on your creations paired with our wines in our beautiful loft!
This evening cooking class is great for couples as well as groups of
friends who are looking for an educational, hands-on, and fine dining
experience rolled into one. The class will meet at 4pm Sunday April 25,

Open Season!
We will open our 2010 season on Friday May 7th! The Edge will be open Thursday's through Monday's May 7th through June 14th, closed Tuesday & Wednesday's. We will be open 7 nights a week starting June 15th for the summer season.
Mother's Day Supper Sunday May 9th
Dine out with mom on her special day! The Edge will serve 2pm - 7pm on Mother's Day serving an al a carte menu featuring the bounty of spring. Offerings will include appetizers, luncheon items, classic Sunday supper favorites as well as steaks and seafood. Reservations are strongly suggested for this popular day.
